Being able to keep all your groups schedules coordinated on one website has never been easier. Most groups share event calendars by either emailing the schedule or handing out print copies. Next follow the steps of the introduction wizard to enter your profile information and create a group right away. If you skip through the wizard you can still create a new group or additional groups quite easily.
To create a group:
Step 1
Click on the New Groups icon in the Quick Links Toolbar.
Step 2
Name your group and then add a description if desired. Click Next.

Add members to your group. To add people to your group, enter the persons email address into the box that says User’s Email.
Then select the permissions for the user – either Modify Calendar for full access or Read Only for viewing access only. Click Add to add the person to the group.
Repeat this to add additional people to your group.
To delete a user select the user from the list and click the - button.
When you are done click Next.
Step 4
Name the Calendar and add a description if desired. Click Next and you are all done.
Email notifications will automatically be sent out to your new group members inviting them to join your group.
To edit the group or calendar click on the Groups or Calendars icons in the Quick Links Toolbar.
Adding Additional Calendars
To add another calendar to a group click New Calendar in the sub navigation toolbar on the calendar.
Name the Calendar and add a description if desired.
Then select the Groups tab.
Select the group from the drop down list and click Add.
Then click Add Calendar to complete.

Now that the group is set up, it is just a matter of populating the calendar with events so everyone in your group can view them. You will also have access to the groups address book which automatically updates as users update their profile information. There is also a photo album for every group that is created.
